Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine

Affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Xinhua Hospital was founded in 1958 as the first general hospital independently designed and built in Shanghai after the founding of the PRC. As a Grade-A tertiary hospital with 63 clinical and technical departments and about 2,700 beds, it is the only tertiary general hospital in Shanghai offering both complete perinatal and full pediatric subspecialty care.
