Who we are
You are entering into this agreement with Vantage Global Health (“Vantage”, “we”, “our” and “us”). Our website and platform (the “Platform”) is owned, operated and monitored by Vantage.
We connect international patients with accredited hospitals and medical specialists across China through our Platform (our “Services”).
We are not a medical service provider, healthcare provider, healthcare insurance provider or healthcare agent, and we are at no time responsible for any of the healthcare services which are presented on, and made available via, our Platform (“Healthcare Services” or “Treatments”). All such Healthcare Services are provided by accredited independent hospitals and clinics that are bound by our Healthcare Provider Terms and Conditions (“Healthcare Providers”).
About these Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services and Platform, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By accessing or using the Services or Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
If any part of these Terms is, or is deemed to be, unlawful, void, invalid, illegal, or for any reason unenforceable under applicable laws, that part will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts. Any failure by us to enforce our rights or remedies under these Terms is not a waiver of those or any other rights or remedies.
We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If any of the Terms are amended, we will publish the revised Terms. Continuing use of our Services or Platform amounts to acceptance of all amendments.
If you have any questions about the Platform, please in the first instance read our FAQs or contact us using the details on our Contact Us page. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Definitions section below.

- “Treatment Price” means the full estimated price of a Treatment Package as presented on the Platform, inclusive of our Service Fee.

- “Treatment Process” means the process of organising a Treatment Package on the Platform as detailed in these Terms.
The Treatment Process
This section outlines your use of our Platform and the role of our Services within your wider treatment process. We encourage you to read it in detail before proceeding so that you are fully informed of what to expect and what is required of you.
1. Introduction and sign-up. You will be invited to provide your basic details on the Platform, including your name, date of birth and contact details. Your data will be collected and handled at all times in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Agree to these Terms. You will be presented with these Terms together with details of the Treatment Packages and the step-by-step process for arranging your desired Treatment Package. By agreeing, you consent to your personal data being shared with the Healthcare Providers as necessary to provide you with the Treatment Package.
3. We collect information from you and the Healthcare Providers. Healthcare Providers advertise specific Treatments, together with the ancillary services required for medical travel, on our Platform. The information presented includes the estimated Treatment Price, which is intended to be final. Healthcare Providers are solely responsible for the information they submit; we are not responsible for the accuracy of information presented on our Platform.
4. We present Healthcare Providers offering your required Treatment Package. Once you have accepted these Terms and provided information about your circumstances, our Platform will present the Healthcare Providers offering the Treatment Package you require.
5. You select and view your preferred Treatment Package. Once you have selected a Treatment Package, we will provide you with a breakdown of the Treatment Package and the Treatment Price.
6. Agree your Patient Treatment Contract. If you wish to proceed, you will be provided with a Patient Treatment Contract between you and the Healthcare Provider. Certain terms, such as length of stay and Treatment Price, may change following the Healthcare Provider’s review of your Diagnostic Data. The Patient Treatment Contract is between you and the Healthcare Provider only; we accept no responsibility or liability for it.
7. You make an Initial Payment. Following confirmation that you have entered into the Patient Treatment Contract, we will redirect you to our Payment Service Provider to make an initial payment. This payment confirms your acceptance of the Patient Treatment Contract but does not guarantee that your Treatment will take place, as the Healthcare Provider has yet to review your Diagnostic Data. We do not collect, store or hold your money; we rely on the Payment Service Provider to process payments.
8. You share your Diagnostic Data with the Healthcare Provider. The Healthcare Provider will ask you to provide recent Diagnostic Data so they can assess your eligibility and requirements. You are solely responsible for obtaining and providing this Diagnostic Data. If your Treatment is declined by the Healthcare Provider, your Initial Payment will be refunded in accordance with the Payment and Cancellations section below.
9. You arrange a Treatment Date with the Healthcare Provider. If approved for Treatment, you will agree a mutually acceptable Treatment Date directly with the Healthcare Provider.
10. You pay the outstanding balance, and we hand over to your Healthcare Provider. Once a Treatment Date is agreed, you will be required to pay the balance of the Treatment Price by the deadline set out in your Patient Treatment Contract. Payment of the balance secures your Treatment Date. Once the balance is paid, Vantage will have carried out its Services under these Terms and your subsequent engagement will be with the Healthcare Provider directly.
Payment and Cancellations
We do not process payments directly and we do not hold any of your payment information. All payments are handled through our Payment Service Provider, and you are encouraged to read their terms and conditions before making any payment.
The Treatment Price presented on the Platform is broken down as follows:
If you fail to pay the balance of the Treatment Price by the agreed deadline, the Healthcare Provider may cancel your Treatment and release any reserved clinical capacity. In such circumstances all or part of your Initial Payment may be retained to cover administrative, reservation and processing costs incurred.
If your Treatment is cancelled by the Healthcare Provider following payment, your eligibility for a refund will be subject to the Patient Treatment Contract. We accept no liability for cancellations by the Healthcare Provider and strongly advise you to read the Patient Treatment Contract carefully. If your Treatment is cancelled due to an error caused by Vantage, our liability to you is limited to the amount of the Service Fee we have received, and we accept no liability for any additional costs arising from a cancelled Treatment.
- Service Fee: retained by Vantage to cover the administrative, transaction and service costs of arranging the Treatment Process and providing access to the Platform.
- Treatment Balance: the portion of the Treatment Price payable to the Healthcare Provider for the Treatment Package, on the terms set out in your Patient Treatment Contract.
- Your statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights, where applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction, are not affected by these Terms.
- Once you have provided your Diagnostic Data and the Healthcare Provider has begun its clinical review, the Initial Payment may no longer be eligible for a refund, subject always to any applicable statutory cooling-off period.
- Should the Treatment Package require a longer stay, or additional services not foreseeable at the time of agreement, we shall not be held liable for any additional costs associated with such adjustments.
Sharing your data
Throughout the provision of our Services, we will collect, handle and process the personal data you provide in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
We will only share your personal data with the Healthcare Providers for the purpose of arranging your Treatment Package. When you search for a Treatment Package on our Platform, limited identifying details may be shared with the relevant Healthcare Providers so they can prepare in case you opt for their Treatment Package and manage their capacity.
You may request that we remove your personal data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In such circumstances we will remove your personal data, subject to the data laws applicable to the Healthcare Providers, from all databases shared with them.
During the Treatment Process we will request only the minimum information required to organise your Treatment safely and efficiently, including details of your required Treatment, existing conditions and a contact number. You agree to ensure that all Personal Data you provide is accurate and up to date.

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Vantage and the Healthcare Providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use and reproduce it for the purpose of providing the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may terminate this licence at any time by deleting the User Content or your account.

You may only use our Services and Platform in compliance with applicable laws and for legitimate purposes.
In consideration of you agreeing to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use our Services and Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and for no other purpose. You agree that you shall not:
