Many medical journeys end the moment you're discharged — yet recovery is often just beginning. Vantage's ongoing care is designed to fill that gap. Whether you're still recovering in China or have already returned home, we remain available to assist with follow-up coordination, medical documentation, and ongoing communication, so your recovery stays smooth and reassuring.
A Dedicated Coordinator
A single point of contact throughout your journey.
From your first consultation through to aftercare, you'll have the same dedicated coordinator. They know your full medical history and treatment journey, and remain your single point of contact — including throughout recovery. Whatever question or need arises, you can turn to someone who already understands your situation and can offer consistent, continuous support.
Aftercare Coordination
Every step of recovery, arranged for you.
Follow-up care is essential to a successful recovery. Your coordinator continues to help schedule follow-up appointments, track your progress, and keep communication flowing between you and your local medical team. Whether you're in China or back home, we make sure your aftercare is properly arranged — so you can focus on getting better.
Medical Documentation
Your records, clear and ready to use.
During recovery, you may need to share your treatment records with doctors back home or prepare medical files for further care. We provide professional medical document translation and handling — including the translation of medical records and clinical reports — so your documentation is accurate, clear, and ready to use wherever you are.
On-the-Ground Support in China
Support that stays with you throughout recovery.
If you choose to recover in China, our support travels with you. Your local Care Companion continues to accompany and assist you throughout your stay, providing interpretation during medical appointments and translating documents where required, to ensure clear communication and a comfortable experience.
A private transport service is also available on request, for journeys between the airport, your hotel, hospital, or anywhere else you need to go during your recovery. Your coordinator remains available throughout this stage too — if you have any questions about local arrangements, we'll do our best to accommodate and assist.
