Initial consultation

We take the time to understand your needs, explain how the process works, and gather the information needed to plan your next steps. From this moment, you will be assigned a dedicated coordinator who will support you at every stage of your journey — from consultation to aftercare.
Medical assessment
Reviewed by a qualified medical team.
Your coordinator passes your information to our medical team in China, who review your medical records to understand your needs and identify the most suitable treatment options for you.
Hospital & specialist matching
Finding the most suitable specialist medical team for you.
Based on the assessment, your coordinator matches you with the hospital and specialists best suited to your needs from our medical network across China, and handles the appointment arrangements on your behalf.
Travel & arrival
Making your trip to China as smooth as possible.
Your coordinator can help arrange flights, accommodation, airport transfers and visa guidance, so you can travel with peace of mind.
Arriving in China
Support that stays with you throughout.
On arrival, you will meet your local care companion, who will accompany and support you throughout your stay in China. Your care companion provides translation during medical appointments and translates documents when needed, ensuring smooth communication and a comfortable experience.
On request, private transport can also be provided for travel between the airport, your hotel, the hospital, or anywhere else you need to go during your time in China.
Your coordinator remains on hand during this stage too — if you have any questions about local arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate and assist.
Aftercare support
Continued support after your treatment ends.
Our commitment does not end when your treatment finishes. We continue to assist you with follow-up coordination, medical documentation and ongoing support.
